Finally Build a Healthy, Peaceful Relationship With Food
Without relying on rules, restrictions or willpower.
If you feel out of control with food, constantly think about eating, or fear you’ll never have a “normal” relationship with food… then you’re in the right place.
My clients come to me saying:
“I binge and feel out of control.”
“I think about food all the time.”
“I don’t trust myself around food.”
“I eat in secret and feel ashamed.”
“Diets don’t work anymore.”
“I want peace, not another plan.”
You’re not broken. You’ve been trying to solve the wrong problem.
They’ve usually tried:
✔ Dieting
✔ “Eating intuitively”
✔ Advice from professionals
✔ Tracking & willpower strategies
✔ Doing it alone
…and still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or hopeless.
But nothing has been wrong with you.
What you’ve been missing is the skillset of a healthy relationship with food. This is something no diet or plan teaches.
What does it feels like when food finally becomes simple again?
A healthy relationship with food feels like…
You have:
A balanced appetite, suitable for your body’s needs
The ability to hear hunger & satiety cues clearly
The ability to respond to appetite cues without willpower
Little urge to emotionally eat
Freedom to enjoy any foods you want
No fear of ‘losing control’
Ease with nourishing yourself because you want to
Trust in your decisions around food
Healthy control with food
This is not a diet. This shouldn’t rely on willpower.
This is skill. And you can learn it.
Why does this approach work when others don’t?
Why My Clients Gain Freedom, Even When Nothing Else Has Worked…
Well, most people expect more rules, more plans, or more “try harder.” Instead, they learn the actual building blocks of a peaceful relationship with food.
This approach is different because:
• No rules. No meal plans. No restriction.
• You learn the skillset and insights of genuine food freedom.
• We focus on root causes, not symptoms.
• Evidence-based, structured, step-by-step process.
• 1:1 sessions so you’re never stuck or confused.
• Practical, logical, no-fluff guidance.
• Warm, compassionate coaching from someone who’s lived it, recovered and helped 100s of others do the same.
Clients often say:
“This is the first time food finally makes sense.”

“For anyone hesitating to begin this journey, I want to share what’s encouraged me most: developing a healthy relationship with food doesn’t require willpower or force.
I'm only 4 weeks in, but already my time with Rachael has been transformative. It's such a relief to be making decisions from a place of self-care, instead of focussing on weight loss, because it is much less stressful. The irony is I'm eating more nutritious food, better able to take care of my fitness, and feeling really well for it. But transitioning from diet culture to self-care is like a Chinese finger trap; a journey full of ironies, mental trickery and mind games.
Luckily for all of us, Rachael is exactly the right person to guide us through it.”

“As hard as it may be to see now, by beginning this journey you will eventually reach a place that is filled with deep love and acceptance for yourself.
You will feel secure within yourself and radiate confidence and stability. You will no longer live constantly trying to ensure things are perfect or stressed when things don’t go according to plan. Resting in yourself you will begin to trust yourself to handle whatever comes with grace. You will begin to trust yourself as your biggest ally and friend.
You will know you can help yourself through anything, make new decisions after mistakes, and a light of assuredness will grow inside you again and again every time you do.”

When I first discovered Rachael via her YouTube videos, I felt that I'd found someone who totally understood what I was feeling, thinking and experiencing, and I hadn't even spoken to her! And so I knew she was the right person to help me with my disordered and restricted eating difficulties; and I wasn't wrong.
Working with Rachel has been so helpful, beyond my wildest dreams. She has provided me with a framework to address my difficulties and has provided tailored practical and easily accessible support. It has been life changing for me, and for that I am truly grateful to Rachael. I would definitely recommend taking one of her courses, and/or her coaching sessions. Thank you Rachael.”
It doesn’t have to be such a struggle.
If you have kept hope that one day you could ‘figure this food thing out’, this might be the guidance you’ve been searching for.
