How To Work With Me.
I help people move from binge eating, food obsession and yo-yo dieting to a ‘normal’ and healthy relationship with food. Without relying on rules, restriction, or willpower.
A short, no-pressure call to assess initial fit.
Who this program is for.
A healthy relationship with food doesn’t come from force, rules, or constant self-control. In fact, relying on those approaches is often part of what keeps the struggle going.
This work focuses on understanding why the struggle exists and building the skills needed for food to feel calm, simple, and trustworthy again.
This work is for people who want genuine peace with food and are ready for a grounded, thoughtful process focused on understanding and skill-building, not willpower or short-term behaviour management.
This Approach Is Likely a Good Fit If You…
You struggle with binge eating, feeling out of control around food, or thinking about food most of the day, and you’re ready for something deeper than another “diet”.
You’ve tried support before, but it relied on willpower, rules, or felt diet-like, and key elements were missing.
You don’t fully trust yourself around food yet, but you genuinely want to.
You feel conflicted about weight gain, yet ultimately want a healthy relationship with food, improved body image, and to care for your health from self-respect rather than fear.
You want to understand why this has been so hard and how a healthy relationship with food is built, not be handed another plan to follow.
You want sustainable change that feels natural, not forced through rules, quick fixes, or willpower.
You value structure and guidance, while remaining an active participant in your own change.
You’re curious about yourself and open to reflection, learning, skill-building, and long-term transformation.
The 1:1 Program: Learn Peace With food
Offered by invitation following consultation, subject to suitability and availability.
Designed for those ready to move from binge eating, food obsession and feeling out of control with food to a ‘normal’ and healthy relationship with food.
We move through the program, together, building a healthy relationship with food one piece at a time.
If you are looking for the highest chance of success and the most hands on approach, the 1:1 program is for you.
A short, no-pressure call to assess initial fit.
The aim of this work is simple:
to help you develop a healthy relationship with food that feels natural, reliable, and doesn’t depend on willpower, rules, or restriction.
While every client’s journey is different, this is what that typically looks like:
A balanced appetite that aligns with your body’s needs
The ability to hear and respond to hunger and fullness without using willpower
Little urge to emotionally eat (while understanding that some emotional eating is normal)
Freedom to enjoy food without fear of losing control
A natural preference toward nourishing yourself (not because you “should,” but because you want to)
Trust in yourself around food
Calm, self-care–driven decisions (rather than control or restriction)
Mental freedom, where food is no longer dominating your thoughts
A more positive, stable relationship with your body and yourself (good body image and high self esteem)
For nearly every client, this initially feel too good to be true.
But when you understand what’s actually driving your patterns, and build the right skills, it becomes logical, practical, and achievable.
If this is what you’re aiming for, the next step is a discovery call to explore whether this approach is the right fit for you.

What’s included?

You’re looking for quick fixes, hacks, meal plans, or a set of rules to follow.
Weight loss is your sole focus, without openness to exploring your relationship with food or body image.
You’re hoping for change without investing time, engagement, or support.
You’re seeking rapid transformation without a sustained commitment to learning and integration.
You have a clinically diagnosed eating disorder and require specialised clinical care beyond the scope of this program.
